Financica was created by Ingram Technologies, an expert AI lab, to revolutionize AI-native bookkeeping for European startups and SMEs.

We built Financica out of a burning need inside our own ventures. We manage many companies ourselves and experienced firsthand how fragmented the finance stack is for growing businesses: one tool for invoicing, another for bookkeeping, a spreadsheet for VAT, yet another for cash monitoring. Every month-end was a scramble. Every accountant handoff meant re-explaining context.

We wanted a single system where founders could stay close to their finances while accountants kept the books moving. A shared workspace where AI handles the repetitive categorization and extraction work, and humans stay in control of the decisions that matter.

Financica is the result: an AI-native finance platform built for the way European startups and SMEs actually work. It replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools with one shared ledger, automated workflows, and real-time visibility for everyone involved.
