Pricing FAQ

Is there a free trial?: Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all plan features during the trial period.
Are prices really EUR-only?: Yes. Solo, Core, and Scale are billed in EUR only. Enterprise contracts are also quoted in EUR by default.
Do you charge per transaction?: No. Bank statement imports are unlimited on every plan, and we never meter transactions. The only invoice volume limit is Solo's 80 per month.
How does the Solo invoice limit work?: Solo includes 80 invoices per calendar month: OCR uploads plus e-invoices, sent and received combined. Incoming invoices are never rejected: documents sent to you over Peppol always arrive and simply count toward the total. If you reach the limit, processing resumes the next month, or immediately when you upgrade. Core and above have no limit.
What is an assistant credit?: One credit is one message to the AI assistant. Core includes 100 credits each month; on Scale and Enterprise the assistant is unlimited. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. When Core runs out, the assistant pauses until the next month, or you can upgrade to Scale.
Which plans include fixed assets and depreciation?: Scale and Enterprise. The register keeps your assets, applies your country's depreciation rules, and posts the monthly entries into your books. Solo and Core include everything else in the ledger, so you can still post depreciation by hand.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. You can move between Solo, Core, and Scale as your business grows. If you need a custom multi-entity setup or tailored controls, we can scope Enterprise with you.
Is onboarding included?: Scale includes guided onboarding. Enterprise includes a dedicated onboarding plan and rollout support.
