Beyond bank accounts, Financica integrates with payment processors, payroll platforms, and cloud providers to give you a complete picture of your cash flows.
Accessing integrations
Navigate to Data Sources > Other sources in the sidebar. Stripe, Deel, and Qonto are listed there with a Connect action. AWS and DigitalOcean are connected from their own integration page, or from the banner that appears when you open a matching expense.
Available integrations
- Stripe — payments, payouts, fees, and invoices.
- Deel — contractor and EOR invoices, and Deel's platform fees.
- Qonto — a European business bank: supplier invoices and their attachments, and, for French organizations, e-invoicing through Qonto's Plateforme Agréée.
- DigitalOcean — cloud invoices and credit grants.
- AWS — cloud billing.
Bank accounts are not connected here. Financica links them through Exthand, its open-banking provider — see Connecting bank accounts.
Managing integrations
For each connected integration, you can:
- View connection status — See whether the integration is active and syncing.
- Check sync logs — Review the audit trail for sync operations.
- See last sync time — Know when data was last updated.
- Reconnect — If authorization has expired, re-authorize the connection.
- Disconnect — Remove the integration. Existing imported data remains.
How integration data flows
- Transactions are imported from the integration (e.g., Stripe payouts).
- They appear in your transactions list, tagged with their source.
- You categorize them like any other transaction.
- They flow into your financial reports.
Integration transactions carry additional source metadata that can be viewed in the transaction detail page under the source information section.
