Keyboard shortcuts
Quick reference for keyboard shortcuts available in Financica.

Financica provides keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate faster and work more efficiently.
Global shortcuts
These shortcuts work from anywhere in the application.

| Cmd+K / Ctrl+K | Open the command palette for search and quick navigation. |
| Cmd+J / Ctrl+J | Toggle the AI assistant panel (Scale and Enterprise plans). |
Command palette
The command palette (Cmd+K / Ctrl+K) lets you:
- Search across transactions, invoices, accounts, customers, and suppliers.
- Navigate to key areas like Dashboard, Transactions, Expenses, Revenue, Documentation, and Settings.
- Jump to records by typing a name, reference, or description.
Start typing to filter results. Press Enter to select a result, or Escape to close the palette.
AI assistant
When the AI assistant panel is open:

| Enter | Send your message. |
| Shift+Enter | Add a new line without sending. |
List selection
In any list with checkboxes (transactions, invoice line items):
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
| Click a checkbox | Select or deselect a single item. |
| Shift+Click a checkbox | Select or deselect all items between the last clicked item and the current one. |
This works the same way as selecting emails in a mail client -- hold Shift to select a range.
