Billing and subscriptions

Manage your Financica subscription, plan, and billing details.

Financica offers several pricing plans to match your business needs. You can manage your subscription from Settings > Organization > Billing.

Accessing billing

Navigate to Settings > Organization > Billing in the sidebar.

Plans

Financica offers three plans. Core and Scale are self-serve. Enterprise is handled with our team.

Core

For founders and single-entity companies:

  • 1 legal entity
  • Free unlimited e-invoices
  • Unlimited bank connections
  • AI-assisted transaction categorization
  • VAT workflows
  • 3 team seats
  • Email support
  • €89/month, or €708/year when billed yearly (€59/month equivalent)

Scale

For finance teams managing growth and complexity:

  • Everything in Core
  • AI accounting assistant
  • Plain-language search across your books
  • Approval-based AI actions
  • 10 team seats
  • Priority support
  • Guided onboarding included
  • €299/month, or €2,388/year when billed yearly (€199/month equivalent)

Enterprise

For regulated environments and larger organizations:

  • Everything in Scale
  • Custom multi-entity setup
  • Custom integrations
  • Dedicated account team
  • SAML/SSO
  • SLAs
  • Migration support

Free trial

New organizations start with a 30-day free trial that includes all features. The billing page shows:

  • How many days remain in your trial.
  • What happens when the trial ends.

Monthly and yearly billing

On the billing page, you can switch between Monthly and Yearly pricing.

  • Yearly billing is selected by default.
  • Prices are always shown per month for easy comparison.
  • The Monthly option shows the standard month-to-month rate.
  • If you choose yearly billing, Stripe charges the full annual amount upfront.
  • VAT is excluded from the listed prices.

Managing your subscription

From the billing page, you can:

  • Choose Core or Scale — Start a new paid subscription from the billing page.
  • Switch plans — If you already have an active Stripe subscription, plan changes go through the Stripe billing portal.
  • View invoices — See your billing history and download invoices.
  • Update payment method — Change your credit card or billing details.
  • Cancel — Cancel your subscription. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Reactivate — If you have canceled, you can reactivate before the period ends.

Payment

Billing is handled through Stripe. All payments are in EUR.
